Let's Do It!

Zumba Fitness helped me, and it can help you, too!  I'm down 4 dress sizes.  Even my shoes fit better! 

I know what it's like. We sit at desks all day.  Every social event at work, school and with friends and family is centered around food.  We lead sedentary lifestyles and mourn the loss of our waistlines.  I've been there, so I'll fight with you.

Together, we can get on track and stay on track. 

What to bring to class: 
  • Your positive attitude 
  • Appropriate fitness attire 
  • Water and a towel
  • A willingness to have fun and enjoy your workout

Things you can leave at the door:
  • The phrase, "I can't"
  • A frown
  • A perfectionist attitude--let's just have fun!
